Senior – Interior Designer

Overview

The Senior Interior Designer – premium interiors client-facing role responsible for managing assigned leads, driving sales closures, and leading the end-to-end design journey for residential interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to project handover.  

Role Description: 

• Own assigned residential interior leads from initial client consultation through design sign-off and sales closure. 
• Convert assigned qualified leads into confirmed bookings by effectively understanding client needs and presenting suitable design solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance and support from the reporting manager. 
• Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to develop tailored interior design solutions. 
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations aligned with client expectations and budget. 
• Prepare layouts, 3D views, and working drawings with a strong focus on design accuracy and execution feasibility. 
• Collaborate closely with the Business Lead and internal teams to ensure clear project documentation and a smooth handover to the execution team after design sign-off. 
• Maintain high design standards, process discipline, and effective communication throughout the customer journey. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, V-Ray, and Enscape. 
• Be proficient in, or demonstrate a willingness to learn and effectively implement, AI-powered tools and technologies in the interior design process. 
• Lead clients through the complete design journey, ensuring timely follow-ups, design revisions, approvals, and a seamless customer experience. 
• Drive sales closures by building trust, addressing client concerns, and presenting compelling design proposals.
