Junior Recruiter Intern

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter (paid Internship) who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across both IT and non-IT roles, working closely with experienced recruiters.

Role Description

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS regularly
• Support recruiters in managing multiple open positions
• Track candidate status and ensure timely updates in the system
• Assist in job posting and employer branding activities
